After seeing all of the student practicums in Module 2, I feel so excited about just how much we have learned and how much I feel ready to share with the world! The variety, quality, and depth is astonishing!

The Heart of Sound is a 200-hour RYT where you’ll truly be prepared to teach… not just do! We could easily dive into the practices alone for thousands of hours… but there are people all over the world who are desperately craving the sweet fullness of sound-based practices. We want our trainees to be ready to offer an array of practices that are responsible, authentic, and deeply transformative into their communities. And they do! See below! (HINT: We highly recommend that you dive into the prerequisites with joy.)
In Module 2, we break down the methods of teaching and leading each practice in great detail, so you have proven strategies and technical knowledge for inviting others into their own profound direct experience. We also provide a specific, observation-based 360-degree feedback system (rooted in Non-Violent Communication and the Danielson Framework) which hones the art of teaching itself and provides an invaluable community learning experience.
Anandra has been teaching since she was 12. Stephanie comes from a family of teachers and has a degree in pedagogy. You’ll soon realize that we’re serious about transmitting the art of masterful teaching!

“Agreed, this 200-hr program appears to be expensive compared with the other nāda yoga trainings offered in Rishikesh, but I can honestly say that I wasted my hard-earned money by donating to those “yoga businesses.” If you are ready to truly understand Nāda Yoga and Sanskrit from the inside out (meaning within your own body temple), then the Heart of Sound is the definitely the yoga teacher training I would recommend. The vibrations of quality, honesty and integrity will always succeed; that is one of life’s basic principles. Only you can decide what kind of yoga teacher you wish to become. My advice would be to save your time and money, and go straight for the nectar!”

What will YOU do with the yoga of sound?
“Amazing textbook, enrichment activities, Mp3s, worksheets, class planning templates, videos… Wow! BY FAR the best materials provided in any program I’ve ever done (and there have been dozens)! Every time I had a question, I found that the manual contained the answer if I looked back to it. I can’t thank you enough for the effort of putting this course together in such an authentic way. The volume of knowledge given to us is immeasurable!”
