An Online Mantra Meditation + Ayurvedic Cleanse Program
Rejuvenate, reset, and restore ALL of your bodies to resonant health!
Starts on the new moon January 5, 2019 – through February 13, 2019!
With Anandra and Dipika
If you’ve tried to meditate before and haven’t enjoyed it enough to be happily consistent with it, or tried cleansing before but didn’t feel safe and supported with the medical and subtle aspects of the transformation, Anandra and Dipika Delmenico (Ayurvedic physician and assistant faculty of the Heart of Sound 200-hour sound-based RYT) are collaborating to offer a brand new 40-day program!
We’ll be diving deep into the 5-syllabled mantra Namaḥ Śivāya, one of the great liberation mantras. The precise enunciation of the sounds clearly resonates the vibration of awareness – consciousness – bliss that is our true nature, aligning us with the great Śiva principle. This mantra (and Śiva) is often understood from a certain angle as having a destructive, firey quality. Turning the light of awareness on brightly can indeed destroy illusions that were hiding in the shadows, but Śiva (and this mantra) leads to so much more than that!
We’ll be exploring the 5 syllables from the Tantric perspective of the living sounds and their connection with the 5 elements, the 5 senses, and more, so we can align our physical and metaphysical bodies as a radiant whole. May we make our lives a vibrant offering, a celebration of the Eternal as it joyfully dances through this body experience!
In the Nāda Yoga, we’ll be tuning in deeply through the meditative practice of voice to nourish our “bliss body,” the subtlest, innermost communion with Self. Pure sound is beyond words yet permeates all. As we establish ourselves in a daily rhythm of meeting this deepest need of ours for connection, we often find that our unnamed sense of yearning, anxiety, dullness, and general lack of flow is generously filled in with resonance. The warmth of the spirit nourishes our finest essence, hydrating our soul with the waters of Love, and we naturally overflow into service. What a blessing it is to know that we have the source within, and a tried-and-true practice to access it whenever we wish!
Establishing a regular meditation practice is perhaps the single most important insurance that your life will unfold according to its highest potential. Without nourishing our innermost connection to Self, we risk proceeding through life pulled by one reaction after another, bound by chronic stress to perpetuate old habits. In this course we’ll share a simple 20-minute sound-based yoga practice that has a profound transformational effect. (Read what previous participants have said about Anandra’s online mantra courses.)
“After doing this 40 day practice, I have a very real sense of empowerment. At first, I realized I can’t change the world, but I can change the way it affects me. Then, I started to I see that actually my changed presence really DOES change my world. Profound. I will definitely keep doing this practice!!!”
– Mantra for the Modern Yogi Online Course participant
Rejuvenating your physical body simultaneously using time-honored Ayurvedic recipes for cleansing just might catapult your New Year into a glorious trajectory worthy of your truest heart and soul. Cleansing recalibrates bringing renewal and vitality for living. Ayurveda has one of the most sophisticated, simple, and effective ways to cleanse the tissues, channels & organs of your entire being. It is ancient intelligence for modern living.
This cleanse embodies this intelligence in a simple, practical and penetrating way that creates lightness in your body and being.
“I love the clarity that this cleanse program gives me. I have greater life energy, mental and emotional lightness. My body feels cleaner and less congested. Aches and pains disappear. I have less inflammation and retention. Months after the cleanse I still feel emotionally stronger and able to deal with life challenges more easily. This group cleanse empowers me. On all levels I’m more productive and can even tolerate foods I’ve previously had to avoid.”
– Lisa Jenkins, Participant 7 Day Radiance Cleanse.
Since time immemorial, ancients cleansed to get closer to their source and realise their true nature. We cleanse to relieve ourselves of the challenges and accumulations of living in a human body. Cleansing fine tunes us so we can hear the sound of our own inner music!
Why 40 Days? Why now?
It takes time to establish a new healthy habit. A duration of 40 days, starting on the first new moon of the year, is perfectly timed to start this excellent and auspicious endeavor!
Without a conscious connection with your inner Self (renewed daily in meditation), living a graceful, fulfilling life will always feel like an uphill battle, with satisfaction always remaining frustratingly out of reach. With it, however, deep peace becomes your natural state, and your highest life potential can blossom… with ease.
You will begin to reorient your life to source from your inner Self… to cause your life and circumstances, rather than react. Your true potential is waiting for you. We’re SO excited for you to join us!!!

– Access to all of the course educational materials for 12 months, so you can do it again and again if you wish!
Normally, an extensive course combined with a carefully facilitated experience like this would be $500 or more, but we’re offering it for only $222 as a New Year’s gift special!
*A significant portion of the proceeds will fund education for disadvantaged girls in India, as all Heart of Sound course fees do.*
- Do the sound-based meditation practice daily.
*A quiet, private space is preferred but not absolutely necessary. We understand that busy modern people sometimes have to squeeze it in wherever they need to; on a train en route to work, while folding the laundry for the family, or in the bathtub at the end of the day.
- Eat a lot of Dipika’s special mung bean soup (we do not go hungry when cleansing!), and do your best to avoid certain foods for 40 days.
*There are two options for the cleanse:
Option A: 7 days Diamond Radiance Cleanse. For seven days you will follow a recommended lifestyle and mung soup diet that is scientifically formulated by grand design to mobile and eliminate accumulations and blockages in the gut, channels of mind, elimination, circulation, respiration. This is based on Ayurvedic medicine and philosophy principals, is simple and recommended for all people. Days 1-3 are mung soup; Days 4-7 mung soup and vegetables.
Option B: 1 day per week. One day of your choosing each week is a Magical Mung Soup Cleanse day. This is like a mono food fasting day suitable for all people. You can do this 1 day per week throughout the 40 day program.
Support will be provided for both options; please choose the one that feels right to you!
You might ask… but what if I’m not perfect? What if I skip a day of my mantra practice or binge on chocolate mousse cake on one of my cleanse days?
Rest assured we’ve been there, done that! After facilitating many thousands of people through similar practices and cleanses between us, we’ve experienced that grace responds to sincere effort, not perfect execution.
A deep thread of learning that’ll weave itself throughout our course material and the live Q&A sessions is acceptance. If and when you fall short of the goal you set for yourself, you will be invited to introspect and discover the roots of your behaviors and belief systems so you can be empowered to choose differently next time. No shame, just an ongoing opportunity plain and simple. The loving culture of the community we’ll build is rich with real, raw, and non-judgmental reflection. That in itself is healing beyond words!

Self-care / Self-love celebration Valentine’s Day!
Celebration call with Dipika and Anandra
ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED, if you miss one! Please see Online Group FAQ for details.
What if I am unable to attend the live calls?
All the teaching instruction for the mantra and mung are recorded in the videos and program materials.
The live Q&A calls with Anandra and Dipika are recorded. If you are unable to participate in the live call due to other commitments do not worry! You will receive a recording.
Should you have a particular question you wish to ask or be addressed during the live call but are unable to participate then you can either email it to us or post to the FB group so we can be sure to address this.
What if I have to spend a lot of time in the bathroom the toilet during the cleanse?
The active cleanse component of the program whilst deeply penetrating, mobilizing accumulations and eliminating, is not panchakarma. You will not be doing Virechan karma or using strong purgatives.
Sometimes individuals do experience spontaneous purgation. And, if this happens to you then congratulations! Know that this is the channels of elimination mobilizing metabolic sludge or toxins and excess metabolic heat or pitta. This will naturally subside on it’s own and typically would not last more than 4-5 hours.
You may urinate more frequently as water soluble toxins too are mobilised.
What if I have social commitments during the planned cleanse phase of the 40 day program?
The mung cleanse component of the program is offered in two tiers. A 7 day mung cleanse and 1 day a week for the duration of the 40 days.
If you have social commitments that make it challenging for you to do the 7 day mung cleanse with the group then you may either do the 2nd option of 1 day a week or do the 7 days during the 40 days at a time that is most conducive and supportive for you. We’ve got you supported and are cheering you on either way dear friend!
How can I access the ingredients for the cleanse?
You will receive an instruction manual PDF for the cleanse which will give great and insightful explanation of how the mung cleanse will work, how to prepare yourself, what you need to prepare including ingredients, optional product and recipes. Typically the ingredients are commonly available whether you live in a cosmopolitan urban area or a remote rural part of this planet. A thumbs up for you. Start to source whole green mung beans, ghee and asafoetida. There are optional products recommended in the manual which, if you choose to use these during the 7 day cleanse, can be purchased online in Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and India.
What if I usually experience low blood sugar or have diabetes?
This cleanse is the very thing I clinically prescribe to stabilise blood sugar disorders. Whether low blood sugar or diabetes, the mung cleanse will boost your metabolic function and stabilise your blood sugar. However, you are to take responsibility to manage your needs, and if this is you, be sure to take a cup of mung soup each few hours (including in between meals).
Will I have enough energy to do my work during the 7 days of the cleanse?
You will have enough physical and mental energy to do your work during this cleanse. It is not about going hungry. Have as much of the soup as you require to meet your responsibilities. If you are required to do great physical work and are used to eating meat and a lot of dairy and protein then you may feel less strength than usual. However, you will have enough strength. You will be pleasantly surprised just how sustaining a bowl of mung soup is.
Some people feel headache and nausea on the first day of the cleanse. This is for a number of reasons which will be discussed in great detail (and are explained in the cleanse instructions). This however, is a temporary thing and typically does not last more than 24-48 hours at the most. If this continued or was concerning then we will address and manage you individually. We’ve got you on this!
What if I have an aversion to mung soup?
This has happened. Over the years I’ve worked with a few people who cannot tolerate mung soup. Whatever the source of the aversion, or inability to tolerate mung soup, you can still do the cleanse but substitute for a vegetable soup broth. If this is you, we’ll take great care of you and give you a suitable recipe.
Can I take tea and coffee during the mung cleanse?
It is better if you refrain from tea and coffee during the mung cleanse. However, I believe it is better to do a mung cleanse with a coffee than not to do a mung cleanse at all. What will the effects be? Simply the benefit of mung cleanse less a cup of coffee! Obviously it is better to not take caffeinated drinks while cleansing and this is just a few days in your life.
