There is a pharmacy about 15 minutes from the retreat.
There are a few cute shops in Detmold, 30 minute drive from the retreat.
A list of recommended activities will be provided upon your arrival.
I’m arriving early (or staying after the retreat). Do I need to have a car if I want to explore the area? Yes. The area around Bad Meinberg is pretty rural.
Is there a possibility to stay at Yoga Vidya before or after our retreat time? While we cannot arrange directly anything for you, we suggest that you contact the ashram at Gastgruppen@yoga-vidya and ask for pricing and availability.
